| Pecan comes to us from the Canterbrook Stud in Ontario. She is a beautiful chestnut roan with a flaxen mane & tail. She has been an outstanding mother and has produced two very nice foals for us, both by Dundee. This mare is super sweet and has passed her good disposition onto her foals. Pecan never was trained under saddle but we feel that she could excel in performance as she has a good mind and is super athletic. Pecan can perform the most amazing "airs above the ground" at liberty. I have also seen her jump logs in the pasture just for the fun of it! We have shown her one time and she placed a respectable 2nd and 4th out of 11cob mares. Pecan measures 13.1-3/4hh. |
