Castleberrys Chianti
(*Tuscani Dundee x *Tuscani Myfanwy by Derwen Duke of York)
DOB 03/25/08
With parents named like hers, we just had to name this beautiful chestnut filly after the red wine that
hails from the regions of Tuscany. Chianti at the tender age of 2 years had a very successful year in the
breed ring. At the Heartland Gold Show she was awarded Reserve Champion Cob. At the Fall Bronze
Show she went all the way to Supreme Champion! She is a repeat breeding of
Castleberrys Charisma,
whom we have retained for our own personal mount and future broodmare. Had we not retained her full
sister, Chianti would not be for sale. She is only one of two
*Tuscani Dundee daughters for sale
anywhere as they are highly sought after. Chianti is a deep bodied and beautiful filly that resembles both
her dam and sire in many ways. Her dam, *
Tuscani Myfanwy is a big 15hh and is a beautiful shade of
dappled, liver chestnut. She is also a champion in hand and has proven herself to be a reliable riding
mare even though she was only ridden in the ring one time.

Chianti's dam really is. Chianti was bred for performance and has three good gaits. Chianti was recently
started under saddle and her good breeding and disposition came through in her acceptance and
eagerness to please. Here is a filly with "the right stuff" to do it all.
