| This grand, well bred and beautiful cobby mare came to us from the Gallod stud in Manitoba. We are thankful to Susan Stepney for agreeing to sell us this mare. Mirain was the only daughter of *Nebo Calonog and *Llanarth Dilys. When bred to Dundee, the resulting foals have the Welsh Cob Greats; Nebo Black Magic, Derwen Rosinas Last, Nebo Daniel and Llanarth True Briton showing on their immediate pedigrees. We have been very pleased with the foals as they are living proof that pedigree predicts performance. The two foals that have been shown have done very well in halter on a National level. We expect them to excel in performance as well as they are beautiful, suspended and "uphill" movers. We were excited to have these very old and very good bloodlines in our breeding program. Sadly, Mirain passed away shortly after giving birth to her 2007 colt. Her final gift was a beautiful and very healthy colt. Thank you Mirain, for giving everything you had. |
